Marinko did our flooring project from end to end. The quality and execution were impeccable. Great service to boot.We installed LVP over old cement, and Marinko first levelled then installed the floor. I suggested shortcuts, but Marinko said, “no, I would rather do this the correct way”. This was better for us, and facilitated an awesome finished product.We HIGHLY recommend M&M. They were prompt, prepared, responsive, and informative. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Called M&M Flooring and made appointment with Marinko to come to our home to do measurements. Came over and based on our home and lifestyle made recommendations. Next we went to his store to view samples and he has a lot to choose from. We chose the Hallmark Vinyl Planking. On the day of installation Marinko and his crew arrived on time and completed the entire project in one day. Marinko came back the next day to inspect and ensure we were happy with the new floors. From start to finish this was a journey with a very happy ending. Great service, great floors at a very reasonable price. Wonderful experience.The owner came out to our new home promptly and made great suggestions on re-flooring most of our home. Once we settled on what we chose his crew was there in a few days and finished the job in 21/2 days. The workmanship was excellent. We were abel to bring in furniture sooner than we thought. All in all a great experience and we plan to use them in the future.

Marinko and his crew did an awesome job replacing our carpets with hardwood. In addition, Marinko was incredibly flexible recently to fix something that broke between our hardwood and bathroom tile (it wasn't a piece he had replaced, but had cracked).Highly recommend!!!We also asked Marinko and his crew to install a new floor to our finished basement and the results were better than we could have hoped for!!

Marinko is a high-caliber craftsman and a contentious businessman, who we will definitely be calling for work in the future. He installed hardwood red oak floors in our upstairs, which had been carpeted. The work is outstanding, beautiful, meticulous. He moved around existing wood walls, and it all looks totally seamless, like it had always been there. Our house is transformed. He was so communicative, and worked very fast, around the massive power outage and even an unexpected leak in our roof! All said and done, took about two weeks from the day I called him for us to have beautiful new hardwood floors. He is fair and hardworking and accountable. Definitely hire him for your job!

We can't thank Marinko enough for the excellent work he has done on our bathroom. The project has been challenging in so many ways. Our house was built before electricity, indoor plumbing and central heating. The original bathroom upgrade, may have been state of the art in its day, a hundred or so years ago, with a six-foot clawfoot tub, but the custom-built shower Marinko has created is extraordinary.The quality of Marinko's work is absolutely amazing. He has rebuilt the walls and floor with tile, with extraordinary precision. The tile around the window moldings is beautiful and he has taken care to match the tile patterns perfectly. Marinko is special in how he explains what is needed and how he will proceed, it was a special pleasure for us to work with him to get the beautiful transformation these pictures don't completely do justice to.We look forward to having you take more pictures when the painting is finished and the fixtures and glass doors are installed.Thank you again for all your help, Marinko!Katherine & Haig

Marinko helped us choose beautiful vinyl flooring for our basement. He was honest and kind throughout the process and fit us in in his schedule within weeks. He did an absolutely wonderful job and we are so pleased! I will definitely use M&M flooring again for future projects.

We just used M&M Flooring to replace the downstairs carpet at Town Hall in Falmouth. I cannot say enough about Marinko's professionalism. He worked with us to select a carpet that met of goals of commercial strength and sustainability. The installation was quick and efficient and Marinko and his team worked on nights and weekends so there was no interruption to our operation. The carpet looks beautiful! We will definitely use M&M again in the future!

Marinko and his team are just the best. We recently moved to Maine and needed to tear out some old carpet on the stairs and second floor and replace it with a combination of hardwood and carpet.
